SELF DEFENSE CLASS
11:00AM - NOON

In this class we will discuss safety tips and learn practical self defense techniques in a safe, affirming and empowering space. We will learn a few effective strikes (practicing on pads) and work on a few grab defenses with a partner. Come with a friend, with your daughter, or on your own. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. 

This class is FREE with a suggested donation of $10 that will go to Period Kits MN. 

PERIOD KIT BUILDING
2:00PM

Help us build period kits that will be delivered to those experiencing homelessness, unstable housing and extreme poverty. We will supply the supplies, we just need your help putting the kits together. Kit building starts at 2pm.

We are looking for 10 volunteers.
